Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service, which is a tracked, signed-for, insured, next day delivery service. For pieces that are in stock, we aim to ship them within 3 working days of your order.  If an item needs resizing, please allow 5 working days extra.

Our made-to-order pieces can take between from 1-2 weeks to create and we will contact you when they are finished and ready for either collection or shipping.
