What type of jewellery can I have designed?

I offer custom designs for all types of jewellery, including engagement rings, wedding bands, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and more. Whether you're looking for something classic or contemporary, I will create the perfect piece.

Is all your jewellery handmade?

The majority of the KVI Collection is handmade by me. However, any pieces that are 'Ready Made' will be clearly highlighted in the listing.

If I like something on your website but it's sold, can you make me that piece?

Yes!

What should I bring to my appointment?

Just you!  Perhaps you have some ideas for your piece (e.g., sketches, photos, gemstones, or jewellery you already own). If you have a specific budget or metal preference, that is useful too.

How long will my appointment last?

Design consultations typically last between 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the complexity of the design and the number of details you wish to discuss. I always recommend allowing extra time if you are planning to review multiple design concepts. 

Can I meet virtually instead of in person?

Yes, I offer virtual consultations for clients who are unable to visit me in person. Please let me know if you'd prefer a video call, and I can arrange that.

If I have a broken piece of jewellery or something not to my style, can you help me with that?

Yes in a word!  Whether it's a piece that's no longer your style or a cherished item in need of repair, I am able to transform your old treasures into something unique and custom-designed just for you. It can be a ring, necklace, bracelet, or anything in between, I will work with you to create a beautiful new piece that reflects your personal style using the precious materials you already have.
